Refund Policy

Leading Sales Results Inc. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on LSR Coach subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee applies to every paid plan: Pro, Team, and Sales Org, whether you pay monthly or yearly. It covers your first payment for a subscription. If you ask within 30 days of that payment, you get the full amount back, no questions asked and no retention call to sit through.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. To request one, contact us at info@leadingsalesresults.com from the email address on your account and mention that you would like a refund. We will confirm and arrange it. You can also manage your subscription from the Billing page.

Once approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method. Stripe typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Free trials

Every plan starts with a 30 day free trial. A card is collected at checkout, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing at all, so there is nothing to refund. If a trial converts to a paid plan and you change your mind, the 30 day money-back guarantee above still applies to that first payment.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. Free trials can be cancelled before they end at no charge.
